At Nish Hair, we take hygiene and quality seriously, allowing for exchanges or returns on eligible hair extensions and accessories within 7 days of delivery as long as the security seal remains intact. Due to the nature of beauty products, items that have been worn, brushed, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.

Email our support team or visit our returns portal with your order number and photos of the unused product within 7 days of receipt.
Quality Assessment
Our experts will review your photos to ensure the hygiene seal is unbroken and the product is in its original, saleable condition.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, pack the item securely in its original Nish Hair box to prevent damage during transit and ship it to our warehouse.
Refund or Exchange
After a final physical inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your preferred exchange item within 5-7 business days.
